The challenge was to pivot Eastwick from a PR firm to a tier one strategic integrated communications agency that brings together research and analytics, public relations, content and digital marketing, and creative services to help some of the world’s biggest technology brands – and emerging leaders – create high-impact communication strategies.
Carol managed the rebrand process from start to finish. Collaborated with McMillan Agency to create new messaging, positioning, logo design and brand guidelines. Managed the new website design, content, and development, including timeline and budget oversight as well as art and content direction. Shot and edited staff headshots, plus worked with the Eastwick design team to produce all new communications materials including business cards, presentation and document templates, email signatures, email newsletter templates, operations contracts and materials, plus branded office signage, supplies and swag. Organized launch campaign including client gifts, social channel engagement, and staff communications. After the rebrand launch continued to lead creative team and collaborate with PR and marketing teams to extend brand growth and momentum.
After unveiling the new brand in February 2015, the agency saw a strong increase in press coverage, website traffic, social channel engagement and inbound client inquiries, plus won multiple industry awards including the Silver Stevie Award for Best Public Relations Agency of the Year from the American Business Awards, Tech Agency of the Year from the Holmes Report, Agency of the Year from the Business Intelligence Group, and named to Inc.’s List of 5000 fastest growing companies in America. Eastwick Communications was then acquired by Hotwire in 2016.
