In 2014 the xOverTime technology was brought front and center and the team has been evolving it ever since with continuous customer-driven product improvements and xSolution developments. When Carol joined the team as Marketing Director, she  concentrated on clearly defining and communicating the technology offerings as they continued to evolve. One of the challenges was keeping the market up to date on the company's advances in a manner that customers can easily browse and understand. Thus the website refresh, which included a new platform introductory video. The goal was for customers and prospects to be able to more quickly identify the benefits of xOverTime and how it can help companies “own their data and the conversations about their data.”
